7-Day Size Exchange, Fair For You, Fair For Us.
We offer size exchange only, no returns/refunds, because each pair is handcrafted.
Eligible within 7 days of delivery if:
- Unworn, unused, sole is 100% clean with no scratch/dust.
- In original HER. box + dust bag + packaging.
- Video proof of sole required on WhatsApp before approval.
Not Eligible:
- Worn, washed, smelly, damaged by customer.
- Sale items, discounted with code HERFIRST, or customized pairs.
- Without original box.
- After 7 days.
Process:
- WhatsApp us at +92-315-2497902 within 7 days with order # + video.
- Upon approval, courier picks up.
- Customer bears two-way shipping: Rs. 199 (return) + Rs. 199 (new dispatch) = Rs. 398. Free shipping benefit on original order will be void on exchange.
Manufacturing defect? Send video within 48 hours, we will replace free of cost after verification. Our decision will be final.
