EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

7-Day Size Exchange, Fair For You, Fair For Us.

We want you to love your Her Footwear purchase. Here's how exchanges work:

• Size exchanges only : we do not offer refunds. If your size doesn't fit, we'll gladly exchange it for a different size.
• 7-day window : exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition : items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale items are final : items purchased at a discounted/sale price are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange charges : a shipping charge of Rs 199 (to send the item back to us) plus Rs 199 (to ship your new size to you) applies, total Rs 398.
• How to request : message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 2497904 with your order number and the size you need, and we'll guide you through the process.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, only size exchanges as outlined above.

Manufacturing defect? Send video within 48 hours, we will replace free of cost after verification. Our decision will be final.
