No Refunds, Only Exchange.

At HER., we have a No Refund Policy.

Since our footwear are handcrafted made-to-order products, we do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or store credits.

We only provide size exchange as per our Exchange Policy.

Exception: If you receive a wrong product (wrong design/size than ordered) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will offer free replacement or, if replacement is out of stock, a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. This will be decided by HER. management.
